Hines seeks an Apprentice Engineer to assist in the operation and maintenance of various building systems and equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: respond to tenant requests; operate mechanical equipment; complete and maintain logs; perform preventative maintenance and handle general repairs. Position provides on the job training and an opportunity to further develop skills for a career in building engineering.

Minimum Requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years related experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to professionally respond to tenant requests
