Responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repair and maintenance of hotel equipment. Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues. May require a specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, etc) and a foundational knowledge of general maintenance. BLACK SEAL BOILER LICENSE, HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA and VALID DRIVERS LICENSE ARE REQUIRED. Position also requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work flexible schedule.
