Description:

 Responsible for the preparation of the annual and monthly schedule for preventive maintenance of all HVAC System.
 Ensuring proper implementation and completion of all PM schedules designated and assigned to team members and subordinates. Planning, preparing and implementing PM Schedules.
 Service, repairs, overhauling & PM of Air Conditioners, refrigeration
 compressors and allied equipment for refrigeration and centralized air conditioning.
 Through knowledge in maintenance of flowtronic chillers, carrier screw type chiller & york reciprocating compressor with flooded chillers using water cooled and air-cooled condensers.
 Maintaining condenser and chilled circulation pumps, cooling towers, air handlers and their accessories.
 Maintaining window-mounted & split-type air conditioners (carrier, O-General, Trane, York, Voltas & Blue Star).
 Execution of work from various service providers according to their individual maintenance schedules.
 Maintaining log reports for the engineering department, and the AC & refrigeration section in particular.
 Maintaining equipment history reports, planning & execution of maintenance schedules of HVAC system
