HVAC Monitoring Technician


About the Opportunity:

An Energy Management company in Marietta, Georgia is seeking HVAC Technicians to analyze, diagnose and optimize complex HVAC and refrigeration systems. Must be able to work on-call hours, including weekends and evenings. Several opportunities available. Salary range $35K-$50K, depending on experience. Willing to train if basic knowledge is in place.

Core Responsibilities:

? Troubleshooting, programming, re-commissioning operation of mechanical/electrical systems and controls
? Interpretation and analysis of alarm/condition parameters for all types of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration and lighting systems
? Performs audits and reports on recommendations

Requirements:

? Experience with HVACAR control/management/monitoring systems
? Experience performing audits for large commercial facilities
? Experience installing, programming and optimizing multiple manufacture?s
building control systems
? Detailed technical understanding of the energy industry
? Working knowledge of business operations
