Job Title: Test and Balance Field Operations Manager	Salary: $55,000 to / Yearly

Looking to make a move in the Test and Balance Field! Then come join out team! We are Hiring! We are looking for a Field Operations Manager to run our commercial projects in the Denver, Colorado area.

Are you a test and balance technician looking to find a company that will help you get your NEBB Supervisory License? We are looking for top talent technicians that have time in the field and are ready for the next challenge in test in balance industry.

As Field Operations Manager you will be responsible for supplying daily support to Technicians training, coordinating work schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time, attending job site coordination meetings, and running some projects yourself.

Compensation:
Along with a generous Benefits package (Health & Dental (100%paid on employee) vacation (2 weeks) Holidays (7pd) simple retirement plan (3% matches), truck and cell phone) we are offering starting salary depending on experience of $50,000 to $60,000 + project completion bonus that could be $5000 to $10,000!


Requirements for this position:
? Valid Drivers Licenses
? 2+ years of post high school education that can be applied towards NEBB Supervisor?s exam
? Adequate experience and education to qualify to take the NEBB supervisors exam within 2 years
? 1 year experience in training other field technician?s.
? Experience in scheduling and logistics? of other techs during and prior to projects starting.
? Experience in both Air and Hydronic systems
